How quickly can you come out? +
For most requests, we can schedule within 24–48 hours. For active storm damage or active leaks, we aim for same-day response. The best way to reach us fast is to call directly at 219-229-8580 — form submissions are reviewed within a few hours on business days.
Do I need to be home for the inspection? +
It depends on the type of inspection. For roof inspections, we generally need exterior access only — you don't always need to be present. For interior concerns, soffit, gutters, or any interior inspection, we'd ask that someone be available. We'll discuss this when we schedule.
I have a storm damage claim in progress. What should I do? +
Call us as soon as possible — ideally before your adjuster visit. We want to walk your property with you before the adjuster comes so we can make sure all the damage is properly documented. Claims that include a contractor-produced damage report alongside the adjuster's report consistently result in better outcomes for homeowners.
