Weldon Roofing & Construction didn't start with a fancy office or a marketing budget. It started with two guys who were fed up watching good people in Northwest Indiana get let down by contractors who overpromised, underdelivered, and disappeared when things got complicated.
We grew up in this region. We know what Indiana weather does to a home — the hailstorms that come out of nowhere, the brutal Midwest winters, the moisture and freeze cycles that chew through inferior materials year after year. We built this company because we knew we could do it better.
Today, Weldon Roofing & Construction serves four counties across Northwest Indiana and into Southwest Michigan. We've installed hundreds of roofs, completed siding jobs and full exterior remodels, and helped homeowners navigate storm claims that insurance companies made frustratingly difficult. Our crew has grown. Our process has tightened. But the core thing that built this company hasn't changed one bit.

The strategic mind and boots-on-ground operator behind N&K. Grew up in the trades, spent years perfecting the craft, and founded Weldon Roofing & Construction because Northwest Indiana deserved better. Personally involved in estimating and quality control on every major project — he doesn't sign off on a job he wouldn't be proud to have on his own house.
Known to everyone on the crew as Chico. He's the one making sure your project runs exactly as planned from day one to final walkthrough. Decades in exterior construction. The crew respects him, customers trust him on sight, and he's the reason Weldon Roofing & Construction's on-time completion rate is one of the best in the region.
Every person on our crew is vetted, trained, and held to the N&K standard. We don't use day-labor subcontractors who don't care about your home.
